    I have been tattooing in the Morgantown area for 20 years.
I got my start in Fairmont at the original Thinkin Ink studio.
I did an apprenticeship with Youngen and worked there for 19 years. It's never been a dream of mine to have my own business, but things work out the way they are meant to work out, and here we are.
     PattysArtspot officially came into being in September of 2008. Since then, we have worked really hard to create an environment where people will feel comfortable and welcome. 
      I grew up in Sherrard, West Virginia (which is very close to Wheeling). I am the youngest of 6 kids born into a wonderfully nurturing family. I was also the black sheep and the "problem child". I grew out of that a little bit, though.  Now, I can honestly say my 5 brothers and sisters are my 5 best friends, and my parents couldn't be more cool--they've been married 52 years, and they still really seem to like each other. And to me, that is an amazing feat!
       I came to Morgantown to go to school at WVU, and I got a BFA in Sculpture in 1990.  I started tattooing when I was a junior, so finishing up college was a bit of a challenge.  I learned nearly all I know about tattooing from Youngen. He taught me a lot about life, too. I miss him dearly, and feel that I am making him proud by running this shop, and treating the customer the way he taught me. I found all I ever needed in Morgantown and through tattooing. I tattooed my husband Craig for 6 or 7 years before we started dating. He's given me 2 beautiful children, and my life couldn't be happier.



        My name is Craig Scott Colebank. I am from Morgantown, born and raised.
I graduated from University High '88 and WVU '93 with a BA in Sociology
 and Anthropology.
        My tattoo journey began in 1991 when I got my first taste of the needle.
From that point on most of my focus was tattoo related. I spent the last two years
of college doing my research papers and projects on tattoos and their role in
society and culture (which has changed immensely over time).I also spent much
 of my free time designing tattoos for myself and others.
       The first tattoo that Patty did on me was in '92 and she has done all of my
work since then except for one which I did on myself. She tattooed me for about
 six years and we developed a good relationship. I got the opportunity to do an
 apprenticeship starting in '99 after Patty and I were married. I have been
tattooing and learning ever since. Patty has been the biggest influence on my
tattoo work, but I have had several other people put their two cents in over the years.
       I am now ten years into my tattooing as a career adventure. Patty and I are
opening a new chapter now with PattysArtspot. So far, so good....

        My name is Kelcey Wolf. I have been a tattoo artist for ten years now and have
enjoyed every minute of it. I have worked with many talented artists over the
years and have learned many techniques from several different styles of body art.
       I have my favorite styles but enjoy  and appreciate all styles of tattoo. I have a
great love for black n grey realism but my heart is in every piece I approach
from traditional Japanese to new school color work, I particularly enjoy wildlife
portraiture.
        I am truly blessed to work in this industry and give each new client and new
 piece the attention it deserves, to give the collector the tattoo they  imagined,
on there skin forever.
